We’re also backed up by a secure check out system that protects your personal and credit card information. Best of all, we accept most credit cards. So all you have to do is click, click, click and before you know it, your jewelry is already being delivered at your doorstep.

To Place an Order Online

Ordering online is the fastest and most convenient option we have set up for you. Simply add your chosen item to your shopping cart by clicking on the ADD TO CART button, which is located below every item displayed. All the items you have added to your shopping cart may be edited, changed, or removed at any time prior to confirming your order. Once you have updated the quantities and the double checked on your order, you can proceed with the purchase by clicking on the CHECK OUT button. You will then be redirected to the Check Out screen that will require you to confirm your order, and will require you to input your payment and shipping information. It will also ask for an email address where you want your order confirmation sent. Once all information have been submitted, you will need to click on the CONFIRM button to finalize and securely place your order.

To Place a Phone Order

If you prefer ordering by phone, simply call (877) 539-3509, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, and any one of our customer service representatives will assist you in placing your order.

Order Confirmation

Upon confirming your order, you will immediately receive a purchase confirmation notice sent to the email address you have submitted in the CHECK OUT process. This confirmation notice will include the details of your purchase (item ordered, description, quantity, price) and will include your shipping information as well.

Order Processing

Orders placed prior to 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (Monday-Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed on a National holiday, Saturdays or Sundays, or after 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be processed the following business day.

Please be advised that different items require different processing schedule as shown below:


14K (w/o diamonds) - 1 to 4 business days
18K and platinum (w/o diamonds) - 4 to 7 business days
Diamond Rings - 2 to 4 business days
All Rings in sizes 3 to 4 and 13 up - 3 to 4 business days
Special Orders (personalized items) – 4 to 7 business days

Checking the status of your Order

You may check the status of your order at any time logging in to your account. If you are a new customer, simply follow the steps to register as an account user and you can immediately submit a user i.d. and a password for our secure site. Once registered, click on the MY ACCOUNT button, sign in, then select PREVIOUS ORDERS. Click on the specific order number that you want to check status on, and the order details will be provided. Oroking Inc. accepts the following methods of payment:

Money Order / Cashiers Check*

*Money Order / Cashiers Check are accepted but orders will only be shipped once the money order or the cashier check have been cleared. It normally takes about 7 business days for these forms of payment to clear.

Sales Taxes

As required by law, Sales tax is applied to all orders in the state of California.

Oroking Inc. values customer service as a forefront of our goals. It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please include your original receipt/invoice and an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) when sending returns. We will gladly accept returned merchandise, if it meets all criteria listed in our return policy:

All merchandise purchased from Oroking is guaranteed brand new. The Security Tag assures the item you received has not been worn and is in perfect condition. Removing the Security Tag invalidates the return and exchange acceptability.

There is no refunds on items that have signs of being worn. We will not accept used, altered, tampered, or damaged merchandise, and merchandise without the original tags will not be accepted either.

- No Returns or Exchange after 30 days from time of delivery.
- No Returns or Exchange on Special or Custom orders (18K, Platinum, Name Plates, Overtop Lettering, customized orders).
- No Returns and Exchange on Engraved Items.
- No Returns or Exchange on sizes 6 and below (for women) and 11and up for men. You are encouraged to check with your local jeweler for accurate sizing on Rings, Bracelets, Necklaces, and Chains, & Watches.
- No Returns and Exchange if Label/Security tag has been taken off the item.


1. Use the original packaging to repackage the merchandise to be returned.
2. Acquire the RMA Number. This RMA number can be found by logging in to your Oroking Inc. account, go to previous order, click on the order number of the item that you wish to return. This will open a page that will show your order details. Under order details, click request a return merchandise authorization. A new page will open where you will be required to check on the specific item/s you wish to return. You will also be prompted to input your reason for return. It takes 1 business day for us to review your request, after which a return status/update will be available on your account.
3. Print/hand-write the RMA confirmation that will be e-mailed to you on both the invoice and the packing slips and include this on the return package.
4. Tracking the status of the returned merchandise. As soon as we receive the package back, the status of your return will be updated under My Accounts and can be checked by logging in, and clicking on the specific order transaction number which will show the complete order history details.

Receiving your Refunds or Exchanges.
Refunds will be made to returned 14kt merchandise. Your payment will be credited back to the credit card used 2 businesss days after we have received your returned merchandise.

In cases of exchange requests, the requested new merchandise will be shipped the following business day after the original merchandise has been received and confirmed to be in its original condition with all the original tags attached.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. Shipping fees for the items being exchanged or returned will be shouldered by the customer.

Since our prices are extremely competitive we must charge a $19 restocking fee on less than $1,000 orders and $29 restocking fee on more than $1,000 orders.

Changes and cancellation may be requested prior to the shipment of the order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation and changes will no longer be allowed.
