We accept international orders thru GOOGLE CHECKOUT only, we will only ship to address indicated in your google checkout information.
Please note that you (the customer) are responsible for any customs tax or duties. Your customs agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance.
The customer is responsible to pay for additional customs clearance charges if any. OroKing.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
Customs policies vary from country to country. Prior to placing your order, you should contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed.
SHIPMENT TO HAWAII/ALASKA:
Purchases that need to be shipped to Hawaii/Alaska can only be shipped through 2nd day or overnight delivery.
SHIPMENT TO ALTERNATE ADDRESS
To avoid fraudulent credit card access and activities, shipment that requires to be delivered to an address different from the billing address require the following process:
1. Bank verification. Your bank must be notified of the alternate shipping address for confirmation and security purposes. This is done to ensure the actual card holder is the one who is placing and receiving the order.
2. Make sure that your bank is notified of your alternate shipping address by informing them that the said shipping address is included in your bank account information.
3. Confirmation. Upon verification, you will be receiving an e-mail from us either confirming that your request had been confirmed by the bank or informing you that bank was not able to confirm your information, at which time your order will not be completed.
A shipping information is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. This will include your tracking number which you can input in the UPS track webpage to access the delivery status of your order.
Please include your original receipt/invoice and an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) when sending returns. We will gladly accept returned merchandise, if it meets all criteria listed in our return policy:
All merchandise purchased from Oroking is guaranteed brand new. The Security Tag assures the item you received has not been worn and is in perfect condition. Removing the Security Tag invalidates the return and exchange acceptability.
WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS
There is no refunds on items that have signs of being worn. We will not accept used, altered, tampered, or damaged merchandise, and merchandise without the original tags will not be accepted either.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:
- No Returns or Exchange after 30 days from time of delivery.
- No Returns or Exchange on Special or Custom orders (18K, Platinum, Name Plates, Overtop Lettering, customized orders).
- No Returns and Exchange on Engraved Items.
- You are encouraged to check with your local jeweler for accurate sizing on Rings, Bracelets, Necklaces, and Chains, & Watches.
- No Returns and Exchange if Label/Security tag has been taken off the item.
1. Use the original packaging to repackage the merchandise to be returned.
2. Acquire the RMA Number. This RMA number can be found by logging in to your oroking.com account, go to previous order, click on the order number of the item that you wish to return. This will open a page that will show your order details. Under order details, click request a return merchandise authorization. Fill out the form and wait atleast 1 business day for us to review your request, after which a return status/update will be available on your account.
3. Print/hand-write the RMA confirmation that will be e-mailed to you on both the invoice and the packing slips and include this on the return package. Make sure your package is insured!
4. Tracking the status of the returned merchandise. As soon as we receive the package back, the status of your return will be updated under My Accounts and can be checked by logging in, and clicking on the specific order transaction number which will show the complete order history details.
Receiving your Refunds or Exchanges.
In cases of exchange requests, the requested new merchandise will be shipped the following business day after the original merchandise has been received and confirmed to be in its original condition with all the original tags attached.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Shipping fees for the items being returned will be paid by the customer.
We do not charge restocking fee for returns.
RECEIPT OF ORDER
Upon receiving your order you must inspect the merchandise carefully before removing the tag. Merchandise with the tags removed that will later on be returned will be refused and will not be accorded refunds or exchanges.
